Use a workflow after its tutorial when you need to change controls, analyse a trajectory, or use additional views. Choose the mode that matches the analysis you have already started.

Workflow	Covers
Pore workflow	Channel definition, HOLE methods, Connolly and Capsule geometry, plots, hydration, ion movement, passability, and pore exports
Tunnel workflow	Origin selection, route criteria, clustering, tracking, lining, tunnel properties, and tunnel exports

Use Visualization, Properties, Exports, and the Parameter reference only when the corresponding task requires them. For failures or unexpected output, start with Troubleshooting.
